Once a month, Chef Pierre Balthazar and Etienne Mahieu open up Serra’s Garden Kitchen for a small group cookery class with our locavore concept – with ingredients grown locally.Using specially selected ingredients from our trusted local suppliers, you’ll learn how to prepare a 2-course meal that starts with a delicious starter, followed by a main dish.

The sessions are themed according to the local, seasonal specialties. Of course, no evening is complete without wine, and so you will also learn about the perfect wine pairing!
