    Salt-roasted beetroot carpaccio, toasted hazelnuts and whipped goat’s cheese

    Wild mushroom velouté with truffle oil

Welcome 2027 at SERRA!

Make the last night of the year one to remember with a festive five-course dinner, music and dancing in the heart of Brussels.

Start the evening around the table with a generous seasonal menu, where vegetables remain at the heart of each dish and are paired with refined meat and seafood accompaniments. Then, as midnight gets closer, the atmosphere shifts: our DJ takes over, the lights go down and the celebration continues on the dance floor until 3:00 am.

  • Amuse-bouche

    Chestnut cream with roasted chestnut pieces

  • First starter

    Honey-braised baby gem lettuce, caramelised walnuts and Belgian blue cheese

  • Second starter

    Burrata and lemon ravioli with brown butter with pan-seared scallops and Noilly Prat cream

  • Main course

    Braised parsnip, black garlic and vegetable bouillabaisse with slow-cooked duck breast and Port wine jus

  • Dessert

    Grand Marnier soufflé
